Our capabilities span the entire project lifecycle, from potential identification and feasibility studies to transaction preparation, procurement assistance for implementing entities, and support during the project implementation and monitoring phases.

Identification and Pre-Feasibility Study for Hydroelectric Power Plant (PLT) Projects:

▪ Screening of potential dams for hydroelectric power plants by the Ministry of Public Works

▪ Initial technical analysis (head, discharge, power potential).

▪ Institutional and regulatory studies.

▪ Initial cost and benefit estimates.

Comprehensive Feasibility Study:

▪ Technical Study and Basic Design of Hydroelectric Power Plant (including integration with existing/new dam functions).

▪ Hydrological Study and Water Availability Analysis.

▪ Environmental and Social Study (AMDAL/UKL-UPL, LARAP if necessary).

▪ Economic and Financial Study (including financial feasibility, sensitivity, and Value for Money analysis).

▪ Project Risk Assessment.

Preparation of PPP Structure and Transactions:

▪ Preparation of the Final Pre-Feasibility Study (Final Business Case).

▪ Determining the most appropriate PPP scheme.

▪ Preparation of risk allocation between the government and business entities.

▪ Preparation of a draft Cooperation Agreement (PKS).

▪ Market sounding to potential investors.

Procurement Process Assistance for the Implementing Business Entity:

▪ Preparation of Procurement Documents (RFQ, RFP).

▪ Support during the tender process and proposal evaluation.

▪ Assistance with negotiations until the signing of the Contract of Work (PKS).

Project Implementation, Licensing, and Monitoring Support:
